Often what is needed by expectant and new parents is continuity of care, postnatal support and being able to come back to the same group once their baby arrives.
Each gathering begins with refreshments, cake and a catch up/chat before we move on to explore a topic relating to pregnancy, birth or early parenting. The topics we cover will be very much led by the group and we welcome new parents as well as those who are expecting.
We hope to develop support, friendship and community – it takes a village to raise a child.
